I hand tie all my Predator leaders with top-of-the-line materials that I use personally. You can rely on these for any situation and setup from bass leaders in Pike waters to the heaviest of duty Musky Leaders for the most vicious fish.
I use high quality fluorocarbon and the best bite wire as well as welded rings to make replacing snaping locks easy and convenient.
I generally tie these at about 6+ feet with 5 feet of fluorocarbon and roughly 12-15" of bite wire. This allows you to shorten the fluoro section as you see fit, and also retie rings and/snaps if needed.
