A lifelong resident of North Dakota, save for a little college and military travels, I began fly fishing and tying about twenty years ago and have been fortunate to have experienced all that our great state, region, and country has to offer through fly fishing.

I've been fortune to have been surrounded by some of the most accomplished fishers and fly tyers on the planet and their teachings have been inspiration to my thirst for life-long learning and passion for teaching and sharing with others.
