Prairie Lakes Bugger Pack

This little pack of buggers and leeches is the GO-TO starts for my stillwater fishing adventures.

The pack consists of 6 fly patterns tied in the 2 most useful patterns that we've found to work exceptionally well across a wide range of water types, and conditions for a large variety of fish species.

The pack contains two flies each tied in size 6 and size 10.

The "BruBugger" - The absolute standard olive woolly bugger, tied in the pattern and manner I've found to be most useful over the years. The gold cone head not only helps control sink rates and allows you to fish the entire water column effectively, but it also helps expand the array of insect/baitfish/forage that fish are attracted to.

The "Midnight Fire" - This is a patten that has long been a staple of the stillwater world. Tied with a silver bead head it has always been a great joy to fish.

 The "Copper Gold Bugger" - Hitting the color spectrum all which ways of special, this pattern has produced some big fish over the years and is my GO-TO pattern for stained water and an absolute magnet for smallmouth bass and brown trout.

 The "Crystal Bugger" - Is it a minnow? Is it an insect? I've asked almost every fish I've ever caught with this pattern, and they haven't really explained it well, other than the fact they eat it.......well, they try to at least.

The "Beaver Leech" - Fished from the lower portions of the water column in an UPWARD movement, this classic triggers aggressive takes from a variety of species.

The "Egg Sucking Mohair Leech" - The timeless undulation of mohair in the water is a perfect imitation of the leech, and the "egg" triggers that competitive instinct with trout, bass, panfish... you name it.
